1. Listen carefully; do not interrupt because it may be construed as rude behaviour and lack of respect.
2. Do not eat smelly food if you have a meeting with your customers immediatly.
3. Do not use slang.
4. Do not speak loud; it can be intrusive and takes up other people's personal space.
5. Use right english ; do not shorten or abriviate in your written communications including Emails.
6. Do not go overboard with perfume; scent cannot be overwhelming.
7. The best is to keep the mobile on silent or vibrate mode when you meet your defaulters.
8. Do not get too personal; maintain distance and decorum.
